The founding lineup consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Ethan Morales, bassist and backing vocalist Sarah Bennett, drummer Jonathan Lee, and keyboardist and producer Maya Patel. Since its inception, the group has cultivated a tight-knit community around its DIY ethos and grassroots touring approach.

Musically, Conditionsrock blends mid‑tempo rock with elements of folk and post‑punk. Their songwriting often features introspective lyrics, rich vocal harmonies, and a prominent use of layered guitar arpeggios.
