Bicipitalaponeurosen, also known as the bicipital aponeurosis, is a broad, flat band of fibrous tissue that extends from the musculotendinous junction of the biceps brachii muscle in the upper arm. It originates from the medial side of the biceps tendon and fans out inferiorly and laterally, crossing superficial to the brachial artery and median nerve. This aponeurosis inserts into the deep fascia of the forearm, primarily onto the anterior aspect of the ulna, and also contributes to the formation of the antecubital fossa.
