Asetyylipyrrolidinoni, often abbreviated as NVP, is a vinyl monomer with the chemical formula C6H9NO. It is a colorless liquid that is soluble in water and many organic solvents. NVP is a key component in the production of various polymers, most notably polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP).

The polymerization of NVP can be initiated by free radicals or by cationic mechanisms.
