Anodoksidikiht, also known as anodized aluminum oxide or anodic oxide film, is a naturally occurring or artificially produced oxide layer formed on the surface of aluminum. This layer is a protective barrier that enhances the durability and aesthetic properties of aluminum. It is formed through an electrochemical process called anodizing, where aluminum is immersed in an electrolyte solution and subjected to an electric current. This process oxidizes the aluminum surface, creating a porous, hard oxide layer.

The thickness and properties of the anodized layer can be controlled by adjusting parameters such as current density, voltage, temperature, and electrolyte composition. Anodizing significantly increases the corrosion resistance of aluminum, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including architectural components, automotive parts, cookware, and consumer electronics.
