Yksilökäyttöoikeus

Yksilökäyttöoikeus, often translated as "sole use right" or "exclusive right," is a legal concept in Finnish law that grants a specific individual or entity the right to use a particular property. This right is not ownership, but rather a limited right to possess and utilize a property for a defined purpose or duration.
