Yarsanism
Yarsanism is a philosophical and spiritual movement that originated in the early 20th century in the United States. It is based on the teachings of its founder, Yarsan, who claimed to have received divine revelations and to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ. Yarsanism emphasizes the importance of personal spiritual growth, the pursuit of truth, and the rejection of materialism and worldly pleasures. Followers of Yarsanism, known as Yarsanites, believe in the existence of a higher power and the possibility of spiritual enlightenment. The movement has a strong emphasis on community and the sharing of knowledge and experiences. Yarsanism has had a significant impact on the New Thought movement and has influenced many other spiritual and philosophical traditions. Despite its popularity in the early 20th century, Yarsanism has declined in recent years, with few active followers remaining.
