Wyzsza

Wyzsza is a fictional town in the central region of Noravia. It serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Wyzsza and lies amid a rural landscape of fields, small forests, and scattered hamlets. As of 2023, the population is about 6,400 residents.

Geographically, Wyzsza sits in the valley of the Glyn River, at a gentle elevation, and experiences a temperate climate with warm summers and cold winters.

Historically, the settlement dates back to the mid-14th century, likely forming at a river crossing and market site. It grew around a parish church and crafts workshops, and expanded through the 17th to 19th centuries under regional authorities. The modern municipal boundaries were established in the 20th century during nationwide local government reforms.
