Wuliangye
Wuliangye is a renowned Chinese baijiu produced by Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd., in Yibin, Sichuan. It is one of China's best-known baijiu brands and a hallmark of the strong-aroma category. The name refers to the five cereals used in production: sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, corn, and wheat. The flagship variant is typically classified as a strong-aroma (nongxiang) baijiu and is usually bottle at about 52% alcohol by volume.
