Weißburgunder
Weißburgunder is the German name for the white wine grape variety Pinot Blanc. It is a mutation of Pinot Noir, known for its pale green skins that can turn a light greyish-blue when ripe, hence the name "Weißburgunder" which translates to "White Burgundy". This grape is grown widely in Germany, particularly in the Pfalz and Baden regions. It is also a significant grape in neighboring Austria and Alsace, France, where it is often labeled as Klevner or Clevner.
Weißburgunder wines are typically dry with medium body and a crisp acidity. They often exhibit flavors and
