Võlakokkulepped

Võlakokkulepped, also known as debt agreements or debt settlement agreements, are formal contracts between a debtor and one or more creditors. These agreements outline the terms under which a debt will be repaid, often when the debtor is facing financial difficulties and cannot meet the original repayment schedule.
