Välmark

Välmark is a fictional municipality and town in the Nordmark region of the country Valenia. It serves as the administrative center of Välmark Municipality. As of 2023, the population is about 7,600, and the municipality covers roughly 82 square kilometers.

Etymology and geography: The name combines old Nordic elements väl ('well' or 'good') and mark ('land'), reflecting a historically productive landscape. The town lies in a river valley with mixed forests, wetlands, and farmland. The climate is temperate maritime.
