Vluchtveld

Vluchtveld is a large public square in the center of Utrecht, Netherlands. The square is situated near the Dom Tower and Grotekerk (Great Church) and is a hub for both locals and tourists.

Over the decades, the square has undergone multiple reconstructions, with a focus on creating open and accessible spaces. The final renovation, which occurred in the 1980s, included a significant redesign of the square.

Vluchtveld is known for its vibrant atmosphere, hosting various events such as concerts, festivals and markets.
