Ventiniales is an extinct order of fossil plants belonging to the division Lycopodiophyta. These plants are known primarily from the Late Carboniferous and Early Permian periods. Ventiniales are characterized by their distinctive reproductive structures, which were borne on specialized fronds or strobili. These structures typically contained numerous sporangia, where spores were produced. The vegetative morphology of Ventiniales varied, but many possessed dichotomously branching stems and foliage resembling that of other lycophytes.
