Vaikuttaako
Vaikuttaako is a Finnish interrogative form derived from the verb vaikuttaa, which means to affect, to influence, or to seem. The form is created by attaching the question particle -ko (or -kö after vowels) to the present tense form of vaikuttaa. In practice, the base is vaikuttaa, and adding the particle yields vaikuttaako. The particle is used to form yes–no questions and is placed immediately after the verb.
Usage and meaning: Vaikuttaako introduces questions about cause or effect. It is used with objects and complements
Beyond its question form, vaikuttaa also has a meaning related to appearance or seeming, as in phrases
