Uudelleenarvostus

Uudelleenarvostus, literally “re‑valuation” or “re‑appraisal”, is a term used primarily in Finnish law, real‑estate and financial contexts. It refers to the process of reassessing the value of an asset—usually property, equipment or financial instruments—after a significant change in circumstances. The new valuation replaces the old one and can affect a range of legal and economic outcomes.
