Utqiavik

Utqiavik is a city located on the North Slope of Alaska. It is the largest settlement on the Arctic coast of the United States and the northernmost city in the country. The city is situated on the Chukchi Sea, approximately 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle. Utqiavik is the North Slope Borough seat and is home to the Inupiat people, whose culture is deeply intertwined with the Arctic environment.
