Uerdingen

Uerdingen is a district of the city of Krefeld in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located in the eastern part of Krefeld, on the left bank of the Rhine River. Uerdingen has a long history, dating back to Roman times. It was granted town privileges in 1310. Historically, Uerdingen was an important center for textile manufacturing.
