Common enforcement measures include seizing and selling the debtor's assets, such as bank accounts, real estate, vehicles, or other property, to satisfy the debt. Wage garnishment is another frequent method, where a portion of the debtor's salary is directly transferred to the creditor.

In cases involving obligations other than monetary debts, such as the handover of property or the performance of an action, the Enforcement Office will take steps to ensure compliance.
