Työttömyysvakuutusmaksuja
Työttömyysvakuutusmaksuja are contributions paid by employers and employees to finance unemployment benefits in Finland. These payments are mandatory for most working individuals and their employers. The purpose of these contributions is to provide financial security to individuals who become unemployed, enabling them to receive a basic income while they search for new employment. The system is managed by unemployment insurance funds and the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela).
