Työoikeudellista

Työoikeudellista is a Finnish term used as an adjective to describe matters relating to labor law and employment regulation. In legal, academic, and journalistic contexts it signals content that concerns the rights and obligations of workers and employers, as well as the rules governing work life.

The scope of työoikeudellista covers both individual and collective aspects of the employment relationship. This includes employment contracts, wages, probation periods, dismissal and termination, and other terms of employment. Disputes may also be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
