Työmarkkinakeskusjärjestöt is a Finnish term referring to the central organizations of the labor market. These organizations represent employers and employees in collective bargaining and play a significant role in shaping labor market policies and conditions in Finland. They are crucial actors in tripartite discussions involving the government, employers, and employees to achieve consensus on economic and social issues.

The primary employer central organization is the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK). It negotiates on behalf of a large proportion of Finnish businesses across various sectors. On the employee side, the main confederations are the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK), which primarily represents blue-collar workers, and the Confederation of Unions for Professionals (STTK) and the Finnish Union of University Researchers and Teachers (YLL), which represent white-collar and academic employees, respectively.

These central organizations engage in nationwide incomes policy settlements, known as "kiky" (kilpailukykysopimus) agreements in recent years, which aim to improve national competitiveness through wage moderation and other labor cost adjustments. They also participate in developing labor legislation, social security systems, and education and training policies. Their influence extends to industrial relations, working conditions, and the overall economic climate of Finland.
