Työmaatarkastukset
Työmaatarkastukset are workplace inspections conducted in Finland to ensure occupational safety and health. These inspections are carried out by the occupational safety and health authorities, primarily the Regional State Administrative Agencies (Aluehallintovirastot), often referred to as AVI. The purpose of these inspections is to monitor compliance with legislation related to occupational safety and health, promote safe working conditions, and prevent work-related accidents and illnesses.
