Tuntemimpia

Tuntemimpia is a Finnish-language term that may be interpreted as a nonstandard or stylistic form relating to the concept of being "the most well-known." In standard Finnish, the common way to express this idea is tunnetuimpia (the most well-known, in plural form). Tuntemimpia does not appear in major dictionaries as a separate entry and is generally regarded as an informal or dialectal variant, or as a neologism used for rhetorical effect in poetry and prose.

The word is built from the same semantic field as tunnettu and tunnetus, which derive from the verb tuntea (to know).
