TetrahedriteFe

TetrahedriteFe is a mineral belonging to the tetrahedrite group. It is a copper iron arsenic sulfide with the chemical formula (Cu,Fe)12As4S13. This formula indicates that iron can substitute for copper within the crystal structure. TetrahedriteFe is a member of the sulfosalt mineral family. It typically occurs in hydrothermal veins and is often associated with other copper minerals such as chalcopyrite, bornite, and chalcocite. It can also be found in some sedimentary rocks.
