Tavaramerkkisuojan
Tavaramerkkisuoja refers to the legal protection afforded to trademarks in Finland. A trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises. This protection is granted through registration with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). Once registered, a trademark grants the owner exclusive rights to use the mark in connection with the goods or services for which it is registered. This prevents others from using an identical or confusingly similar mark for similar goods or services without permission.
The purpose of trademark protection is to prevent consumer confusion and to protect the investment businesses
Infringement of trademark rights can lead to legal action, including injunctions to stop the infringing use,
