Takamuku
Takamuku is a small village located in the northern part of the island of Yap in the Federated States of Micronesia. The village is situated on the western coast of the island, near the town of Kolonia. Takamuku is known for its traditional Yapese architecture, with many of its houses built on stilts over the water, a characteristic feature of Yapese villages. The village is home to approximately 100 residents, who primarily engage in subsistence farming, fishing, and copra production.
