Taerae

Taerae is a South Korean singer and dancer. He is a member of the boy group ZEROBASEONE, also known as ZB1. Taerae was born on May 14, 2002. He was one of the nine contestants chosen through the Mnet survival show Boys Planet.

Taerae's journey on Boys Planet began on February 2, 2023. Throughout the competition, he showcased his vocal talents and stage presence, steadily rising in the ranks. His performance of "Love Me Right" by EXO in the third round was particularly well-received. He consistently placed within the top ranks, ultimately securing his spot in the final lineup.

ZEROBASEONE officially debuted on July 10, 2023, with their mini-album Youth in the Shade. The group achieved immediate success, breaking sales records for debut albums. Taerae is known for his clear vocals and energetic performances within the group. He often contributes to the vocal parts of ZEROBASEONE's songs. Prior to his debut, Taerae trained for two years and seven months. He is one of the vocalists in ZEROBASEONE.
