Tabiinins

The Tabi'in, also known as the Successors, were the generation of Muslims who followed the Sahabah (Companions of the Prophet Muhammad). They are a significant group in Islamic history, primarily because they learned directly from the Sahabah, thus inheriting and transmitting the teachings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad. The Tabi'in were born after the Prophet's death, so they never met him directly, but they were raised in the Islamic community established by the Prophet and his companions.

The Tabi'in played a crucial role in the development and preservation of Islamic knowledge. They meticulously studied the Quran and Sunnah through the Sahabah, becoming scholars, jurists, and transmitters of hadith. Many prominent figures in early Islamic scholarship belonged to this generation.
