TFRSIFRS
TFRSIFRS refers to the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards as applied in Turkey, aligned with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). The Turkish authorities adapt IFRS to reflect local legal, tax, and corporate requirements, creating the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) as the framework for financial reporting in the country. The standards are issued and maintained by the Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK), known in English as the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority.
