Süüditamine

Süüditamine is an Estonian legal term that translates to incitement or instigation. It refers to the act of encouraging, persuading, or provoking another person to commit a criminal offense. The inciter does not necessarily have to participate in the actual commission of the crime themselves. The core of süüditamine lies in influencing the will of another individual to undertake a criminal act.
