Sórétegekben
Sórétegekben is a Hungarian term that translates to "in salt layers" or "layered salts." It refers to geological formations or deposits where salt, typically sodium chloride, is found in distinct, stratified layers. These layers are often the result of ancient evaporation of saline bodies of water, such as seas or lakes, over long geological periods. As the water evaporated, dissolved salts precipitated out and settled on the bottom, forming thick accumulations. Subsequent geological processes, such as sedimentation and burial, further compressed and layered these salt deposits.
These layered salt formations can have significant economic and geological importance. They are a primary source
