Sympaattikos is a fictional plant species originating from the planet Xylos in the science fiction universe of "Starfall Chronicles". It is characterized by its bioluminescent foliage, which emits a soft, pulsating blue light during the planet's prolonged twilight periods. The plant typically grows in clusters on rocky outcrops and in shallow cave systems, preferring environments with high humidity and minimal direct sunlight.

The leaves of Sympaattikos are broad and somewhat waxy, designed to capture atmospheric moisture. Its root system is shallow but extensive, allowing it to anchor securely to its often unstable terrain. While not directly edible for most known sentient species, its sap has been studied by Xylosian xenobotanists for its unique chemical compounds, some of which exhibit mild sedative properties. These properties have led to limited medicinal applications within certain indigenous Xylosian cultures, primarily for soothing minor ailments. The plant reproduces through spores, which are released into the air and carried by gentle Xylosian breezes to new locations.
