Subcities

Subcities, also known as sub-urban areas or suburbs, are residential areas that are located outside of a city's central business district but within its metropolitan area. They are characterized by a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial land uses. Subcities typically have a lower population density than urban areas and are often connected to the city center by public transportation or highways.
