Stevinin
Stevinin is a small rural municipality situated in the eastern foothills of the Carpathian Mountains. The settlement lies within the district of Răstocea in Prahova County, Romania. According to the most recent census carried out in 2021, Stevinin has a population of approximately 1,200 residents, a slight decline from the 1,350 inhabitants recorded in the 2011 census. The village is positioned near the bottom of the elevation range that characterises the surrounding hills, at an altitude of roughly 350 metres above sea level, and is traversed by a minor tributary of the Râul Doamnei.
