Standardobservations

Standardobservations is a term used in data management and scientific reporting to denote observations that conform to a predefined standard for structure, content, and quality. A standard observation has consistent fields such as subject or object identifier, timestamp, measured value, unit, method or instrument, and quality or validity flags.
