Spherets
Spherets are a theoretical concept in astrophysics, specifically within the realm of dark matter research. The term "spheret" is a portmanteau of "sphere" and "planet," suggesting a compact, possibly self-gravitating object. These hypothetical entities are proposed as a potential candidate for explaining the observed properties of dark matter. Unlike baryonic matter, spherets would not interact significantly with electromagnetic radiation, hence remaining invisible to conventional telescopes. Their existence is primarily inferred from their gravitational influence on visible matter, such as galaxies and galaxy clusters.
The theoretical framework for spherets suggests they could be composed of weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs)
