Slipunese

Slipunese is a constructed language created by Norwegian linguist and ethno-nationalist Lars Gunnarsson. The language was developed with the primary goal of fostering a sense of unity and cultural identity among Scandinavian peoples. Gunnarsson aimed to create a language that would be relatively easy to learn for speakers of Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish, drawing heavily on commonalities in their vocabularies and grammatical structures.

The vocabulary of Slipunese is largely derived from Old Norse and modern Scandinavian languages, with a simplified grammar intended to avoid the irregularities found in natural languages. Gunnarsson envisioned Slipunese as a potential auxiliary language within Scandinavia, facilitating communication and cultural exchange between the nations.
