Slavisht

Slavisht is a constructed language created by linguist and writer Anton Sessions. Its primary goal is to serve as an auxlang, a language designed for international communication. Sessions began developing Slavisht in the early 2000s, drawing inspiration from various Slavic languages but aiming for a simplified grammar and phonology to make it more accessible to non-Slavic speakers.

The vocabulary of Slavisht is largely derived from Proto-Slavic roots, but it also incorporates loanwords from other European languages to facilitate international understanding. Grammatically, Slavisht simplifies many features common in natural Slavic languages, such as complex case systems and verb conjugations. It typically features a more analytic structure, relying more on prepositions and word order than on inflectional endings.
