Skanderborg

Skanderborg is a town located in the Central Jutland region of Denmark, situated at the northern end of the large Skanderborg Lake. The town is the administrative center of Skanderborg Municipality. Historically, Skanderborg Castle was a significant royal residence and fortification, with its origins dating back to the 12th century. While the castle itself no longer stands in its original form, remnants and historical associations remain strong.
