Silylenoleterers

Silylenolethers are a class of organosilicon compounds that feature a silicon atom bonded to an enol ether moiety. Specifically, they contain a silyl group (R3Si-) attached to the oxygen atom of an enol ether (R2C=CR-OR'). The general structure can be represented as R3Si-O-C=C. These compounds are characterized by the presence of both silicon and a carbon-carbon double bond conjugated to an oxygen atom.
