Sfaká is a small village located in the Chania regional unit of Crete, Greece. It is situated in a mountainous area, approximately 20 kilometers south of the city of Chania. The village is part of the municipal unit of Theron, and its name is believed to derive from the Greek word "sfakari," meaning a shepherd's crook.
