Sennichimae is a district located in the Namba area of Osaka, Japan. The name "Sennichimae" translates to "a thousand days," and it is believed to have originated from the idea that prayers or wishes made at the local temples there would be answered within a thousand days. The area is particularly known for its entertainment and shopping facilities.

A prominent landmark in Sennichimae is Hozenji Temple, a small, historic Buddhist temple that offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. Adjacent to the temple is Hozenji Yokocho, a narrow stone-paved alleyway lined with traditional restaurants and bars, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere. The alleyway is famous for its moss-covered Fudo Myoo statue, where visitors often pour water over it for good luck.
