Sejtáramlások, often translated as cell streaming or intracellular streaming, refers to the directed movement of components within a cell. This phenomenon is a fundamental aspect of cellular life, enabling the transport of organelles, vesicles, proteins, and other essential molecules throughout the cytoplasm.

The primary driving force behind sejtáramlások is the cytoskeleton, a dynamic network of protein filaments. Specifically, microtubules and actin filaments act as tracks along which motor proteins, such as kinesin and dynein for microtubules, and myosin for actin filaments, "walk."
