Seinaraamid

Seinaraamid is a type of protein found in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues. It is a member of the small integrin-binding ligand N-linked glycoproteins (SIBLINGs) family, which also includes fibronectin, thrombospondin, and osteopontin. Seinaraamid is primarily expressed in the dermis of the skin and plays a crucial role in wound healing, tissue repair, and fibrosis. It binds to integrins, a family of cell surface receptors, facilitating cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Seinaraamid is also involved in the regulation of inflammation and immune responses.
