SaveluguNanton
Savelugu-Nanton is a former district located in the Northern Region of Ghana. It was established in 2004 as part of a decentralization program to improve governance and service delivery. The district was carved out of the larger West Mamprusi District. Its administrative capital was Savelugu. The district's economy was primarily based on agriculture, with staple crops including yams, maize, and millet. Livestock farming also played a significant role.
