The Salič or Salische are an extinct Western Slavic tribe that lived in the region of Greater Poland, known then as Sambia, in the area now composing the western parts of modern-day Pomerania. Historical records and archaeological findings suggest that the Saliči inhabited the land from the 6th to the 12th century.
