SSTV
Slow-Scan Television (SSTV) is a relatively narrow-band, slow-transmission image mode used by amateur radio operators. It is designed to transmit still images or slow-moving video over radio frequencies where bandwidth is limited, such as those typically used by amateur radio. Unlike conventional television which transmits many frames per second, SSTV transmits images over a period of several seconds to several minutes per image. This significantly reduces the required bandwidth.
The transmission of an SSTV image involves encoding visual information into an audio signal. This audio signal
