Süvamere

Süvamere is a term used to describe the ocean depths. It generally refers to the part of the ocean that lies below the photic zone, meaning the area where sunlight can no longer penetrate. This region begins at a depth of around 200 meters and extends to the deepest parts of the ocean floor.

Life in the süvamere is characterized by extreme conditions, including immense pressure, complete darkness, and very cold temperatures. Organisms that inhabit these depths have evolved specialized adaptations to survive.
