Rukoveti

The term gained significant prominence in Bulgarian culture through the work of Emanuil Manolov, a composer and conductor who established the "Rukovet" choir in 1883. Manolov's "Rukovet" was instrumental in popularizing folk music and creating arrangements of traditional Bulgarian songs for choral performance. His ensemble aimed to preserve and present the rich musical heritage of Bulgaria to a wider audience.
