Rozpoczto
Rozpoczto is not a standard word in Polish. In most contexts it appears as a typographical or orthographic error rather than as a separate term with its own meaning. The closest standard form is rozpoczęto, a past passive form of the verb rozpocząć, meaning it was started or they began. When diacritics are omitted in Polish, the correct form rozpoczęto can be misspelled as rozpoczto, but this would still be considered incorrect in formal writing.
Linguistic note: rozpocząć is formed with the prefix roz- and the root począć, and its past passive
In practice, encountering rozpoczto should be treated as a cue to correct the text to the standard
